I am constantly in awe of how much you do! Your slow weeks are my turbo charged weeks.

Nice fabric prize.

It looks like a lot more than it really was because that quilt was on the frame for about 6 weeks! I barely touched it for a month and then had a couple of good afternoons with it last week. ;)

I hope the prize encourages lots of sharing on the FB group!

This is my shortest To Do list ever, I think. I'm very slowly but surely kicking those UFOs to the curb. Unfortunately, I need to add two more To Do things. One is important, the other not so much, and both can wait until after the two events I'm running are OVER.

Oh, no, I am sorry about your mom. I'll be sending good thoughts your way. 2016 is NOT a year that needs to be repeated. *hugs*

I am itching to start PPV but must finish other things. Argh.

Your quilting looks fantastic on your PoD. Can't wait to see it all done!

My SH yearly sales taxes are DONE (and my eyeballs are falling out...), so as soon as the Linus quilt is done (super simple meander, here I come!), I can start burying threads. So, so, many threads. O_O

Great opportunity to catch up on some night vale podcasts. That's what got me through all the thread burying on Phebe's Pod.

I've been relistening to all the HP audiobooks. Seemed appropriate!

I can't listen to audio books or podcasts when I sew. So it's the perfect activity for burying a zillion threads!

Can't wait to see your PoD on the fence! Loved the birthday swap idea! Your Halloween PPV2017 is so cute! Can't wait to see the finish quilt on that! Your quilting on the PoD is fabulous!

I'm looking forward to "fence day," too, though it may be too big for that. I had to hang my sister's PoD from the side of the house!

I'm really pleased with the Halloween blocks. I've wanted a Halloween quilt for aaaages.

All those pebbles, that looks really fantastic. I am amazed how much you get accomplished.
Jan. 20th, 2017 05:19 pm (UTC)
The pebbles are less impressive when you realize it took about 6 weeks off and on to make them all. SO MUCH THREAD! Oi!

You are amazing! I can't believe the amount of crafting you get done in a week!

Lovely quilting on your PoD! The pebbles are so cool! I can't conceive of all those binding stitches. The details look great, and I know we can only see so much through the video. I've only ever sewn in the ditch and then... whatever the heck the "tacking" technique is.

Gahhhh, that fat quarter bundle is in my colors! How am I not a member of the FB group yet? Fixing that!

This isn't so much all in a week as it is a slow build up of stuff I haven't been able to show, but I do agree it is a lot!

One of my goals is to try lots of new quilting techniques. The PoD was practice!

Tacking is tacking, you nailed it!

Okay, first, you are ADORABLE.

Second, if I wasn't saving my vacation for other things, I would so take a week off to just DO all the things....

Third, your work, as always, is jaw-droppingly gorgeous!!!

Fourth, I am a SLACKER...

Fifth, *glomps you something silly*
Jan. 20th, 2017 05:22 pm (UTC)
You are NOT a slacker. You know how long I've been working on all this stuff...it was REVEAL day. ;)

I'm trying to allot one solid day per week to sewing. Because of all the web stuff, event planning, etc, that doesn't happen nearly enough.
