Yay Rainey, we have missed you! You really look well and I'm glad you like your new job. You are right there is really a work/life balance that you have to tweak here and there to get where it suits you best. ANd some nights you just want to go to bed, crafting can wait. Other nights I say forget sleep, I'll nap on my day off.

You have made progress on your Doctors, go you! I haven't picked any of mine up in well over a year. I need to add that back to my crafty todo list for 2017 I think. The problem is I keep starting new things! I really loved Kristel's #7 pattern as well, it's so perfect for that doctor.

Take care and I hope we get to see you again next week.

Thanks, it's hard sometimes to find that balance. I'm just glad I started on the Christmas quilts early.

So good to see you back; you have been missed. I know all about juggling a busy work schedule, life, and fun. Fun stuff usually gets put on the back burner for a while. Retirement has been great for me; I have a lot of fun time.

You look absolutely wonderful! Have a great time with the Torch run.

Six and seven look great. That is going to be an incredible quilt.

Thank you, I can't wait to see the quilt put all together and start to quilt it!

I guess since we haven't seen you for a few weeks is why I noticed right off that you'd lost a good bit of weight - go you! Any advice on that?

Sounds like you're keeping busy, and making good progress on the DW stitching.

Well...I walk everyday I can. I walk about 3 1/2 to 4 miles. I have changed my eating habits. I have been eating only fresh fruits and vegetables. Every now and then I'll have chicken breast. I also only drink water and cut back on how much coffee I drink. I started doing this in small steps on Jan

It is very good to see you. You look super cute in this video, and I thought that before you said you lost weight. Well done, you!

Your doctors look just great. I love seeing your progress.

I usually bend my needles before they wear out. I guess I'm a fierce stitcher!

Thank you kindly, from Jan to now I've lost 36 pounds. I've never have felt better. I've broken a needle hand sewing before. Guess that's why I like to machine binding quilts. Crafting can be a dangerous sport!
