I love the cat scarf and the hanger is wonderful , I need to get something like that for some of my recent wall hangings.

I say go to the fabric shop, you can never have too much fabric , its like house insulation and so very very pretty, plus a sale is a sale.

I think the cat scarf turned out pretty good, especially since you didn't even have a pattern.

More sparkles!!!! I can never resist those when they show up in the remnant bin at Joann's.

I have some of that solvy, it works really well for light fabric because you can draw right on the solvy with a sharpie and then it all disappears when you soak it. It's a little like wrestling an octopus because it is very filmy, but it does the trick.

Wow, what a video!

I really like the scarf. I totally see a cat, but maybe some stitched on whiskers would take the doggie edge off for you?

Oh, that crazy quilt store! Someday you will take me there!

I'm so excited about the wall hanging holder. That is ADORABLE!!!

All the sparkles...yum!

At first I'd kind of side with the option of having your aunt come to you since she asked you to do that scarf, but then....SALE. Great discounts and no one can ever have enough fabric. :D

I really like the sparkle material from Joann's! Wish we had one of those around here.

I vote for more fabric, remember the quilter with the biggest fabric stash wins.  Yes!

Sorry that I am unable to help you with your dilemma. I don't suffer from the same addiction to material....yarn, well that's a whole different story! Love the sparkles fabric! I think I have some bits of that somewhere in my little bit of a stash.

The car scarf is kind of neat... you did good with no pattern!
