Thank you. My head is like a faucet right now, so it's hard to concentrate on work. Will prob try to head home early if at all possible. I'm home on break now (work is couple of blocks from home).

Oh, poor sick Jewells! :(

The design wall looks great. You're going to find that so super useful!

Yay, X-Files & glow in the dark paint.

Feel better! *hugs*

My nose is so red!!!! I think the dayquil finally kicked in, so yay for that. Also took the mentholatum back to work with me. *pets jar* preciousssssssssssss!

The glow paint is really stiff, even if it is matte. Ironing helped, but would only want to use it on a tee in small bits here and there.

You sound so pitiful. I hope you are feeling all better soon!!!

I like your invitational blocks. Way cool!

I have design wall envy. I don't have a wall big enough to use, so I lay quilts out on the living room floor and hope Lilith doesn't get too rough playing with them.

I have been using the floor too, but since I'm not the only one using that room I certainly can't leave them lying there. I thought about making a folding one. Cat just had a good suggestion of one that could roll up when you need it out of the way, I kind of like that idea as well.

Yesterday was really rough, regardless of whatever I took my sinuses just kept pouring and pouring. So far today it's not quite as bad.

I like the idea of a roll up wall. I'll search for it.

Deepest sympathies from someone who's been sick for two weeks now...though mine's been a cough where I sound like my lungs are going to come flying out. It's no fun. Seems like so many people everywhere have been sick this spring. Hope you feel better soon.

Flannel backed tablecloths for a design wall...that's a great idea.

Yeah, I think the only time glow in the dark anything is available is Halloween. :) I did see some spray GITD paint somewhere recently...Michaels or Hancock Fabrics maybe? I wondered how that would do.

Mine started out as a chest cough and fever. By yesterday my whole head was a faucet of sorts. Blergh.

Jen's is a tablecloth too. It's a pretty common solution, I'm just glad someone thought of it at some point because it's certainly cheaper and easier than building something from scratch!

The design wall works great. do you think backed thermal curtains would work? I have rolls of curtain fabric so I might give that a try

get better soon

Just see if your fabric sticks. Mine isn't even flannel. It's some sort of weird 100% polyester fuzz.

I've seen the one your describing being used, so I knew that works!

I'll give it a try. I suspect the cheaper stuff will actually work better

I still sound pretty bad, but thankfully my nose isn't glowing red today like it was yesterday. My faucet face finally stopped pouring. Blech. I could use another week of sleep I think.

I am loving the design wall. I'm sure it's bigger than I really need, lol.

I love all things to glow in the dark. I still have plans to quilt a quilt in glow in the dark thread one of these days. Maybe a Halloween quilt.
