i'm a bit squinty in this as I left my glasses downstairs and couldn't see very far without them!

I live the little quilt you have made, that's so cute.

You are sooo bloomin' talented! I really believe that with a needle, thread and fabric there is nothing you can't do! Your son's quilt is fabulous. I can't imagine any little boy not loving it.

it took me a while but I think I have finally got over my fear of setting sleeves on shirts, but I still don't like collars or buttonholes! One day I hope to conquer them too!

I'll generally give anything a go, but some things I do better than others.

I just have to keep the quilt hidden until his birthday now!

I love the play quilt for Connall. The shirt is quite impressive, too!

I love the road quilt for your son! It's so cute. Your husbands shirt can out great. The Chickens in your garden is amazing.

I'm doing something similar with a construction site panel for his brother as they both have birthdays coming up. hopefully I get them both done in time.

I'm happy with the shirt and will just tweak it a little around the neckline for the next one

I love having pet chickens. and fresh eggs are the best :)

You're a busy lady! Love the fabrics in the star quilt blocks; the play quilt is adorable; and subtle Pirate Shirt!

I've been having fun with the star blocks and I think i'll miss them once I've finished them all. I like making up quilt blocks but i'm a terrible procrastinator when it comes to finishing them up into quilts ;)

Great quilt for your son! That'll be a lot of fun for him to play with and use.

And the shirt - you always do such a nice finish on clothing. (It seems so hard to me, I just can't imagine making clothing that looked well done.)

I've been able to try out a few different types of quilting on it without the stress of it being perfect as it's going to be a kids play rug as well, so I've enjoyed that.

I try and stick to simple clothes to make so that it is still enjoyable rather than just stressful. when it gets to hard that it gives me headaches, then it defeats the purpose of sewing for craft therapy

That quilt turned out so great!

So did the shirt you made your husband. It looks really comfortable. You might have to "borrow" it! ;)

I still have a few more threads to tie off to finish the quilt, but i'm happy with how it has turned out

He really likes the shirt so i'll have to make some more for him. It was simple to make as far as shirts go
