Yay for teaching your son to sew. I taught both of my kiddos when they were about that age. It's very satisfying.

You're right, the embroidery pattern is quite lovely. The clothes for your kids are so cute. How fun!

That handbag is FABULOUS.

Woo, thanks for the tour! It seems we've all been cleaning and organizing and rearranging.

Most excellent Harry Potter. ;)

That purse is so amazing. Well done you! I keep vacillating back and forth about wanting an embroidery machine. So far all I have done is read up on them and enter contests to win a free one, lol.

I wish I had taught Phebe to sew when she was little. There never seems to be a good time when both of us are free now.

I loved the HP purse so much and then you turned it around. OMG! Even better!!! Truly amazing.

Your kids are going to be the best dressed kids on the tour.

My hubby says he's just a muggle boy, living in a wizard world.

Your package is in the mail. The post office employee said you could expect it in about 2 weeks. Gee it sure takes a long time to get across the pond.

I LOVE what you did with the t-shirt and the skirt. And that purse is FABULOUS!!!! You will be rocking the tour!

I used to have a pin that said, "This muggle has no idea, she's wearing this pin..." I also have a shirt somewhere that says "Muggle" on it.

thanks for the tour!! I've got a bit of one coming up on this week's ttmt...I think... :)

That's so fun that your son wants to learn to sew - I loved doing crafty things with my mom when I was little.

Beautiful embroidery! It definitely has a bit of the look of a flying key. Very nice.

Cute handbag :D Perfect thing for a Harry Potter tour.

It's always fun to see sewing room tours.
