So glad your feeling much better. Love the buttons and the phaser blocks, cant wait to see the finished star trek quilt. So very teasey, looking forward to knowing what your all working on.

Its such a shame when people get judgey, i was part of a quilters group in my local area, then i mentioned the hp quilt and they started talking about how hp encourages witch craft, it was totally negative and i left the group and found you guys which is so much better. Love the pencil house xxx

Of all the groups I have been on, FIS groups and TTMT has never had any negative people, that I can remember. And I love it for that.

I'm so happy to hear you're doing better!

Also, YAY for the secret project that isn't quite as secret now!

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the group. Sadly, I've left many groups because of requests and feeling overwhelmed. Hopefully you can find balance there.

I'm sending you a PM about the stabilizer. ;)

Amber is using Fairy Frost, and it looks awesome.  Think of stuff that would suit fur, scales, fire, leathery skin.  I am going scrappy with my background, Amber is using a light sparkling background.

Good for you standing up to them and not agreeing to do ALL their designs. You are a talented designer and we need you designing things for FiS and not them. ;) But seriously you deserve to be treated better. I had some times a little like that when I first joined my project linus group but thankfully some new people have joined over the last few years (and some younger people than me) and I even have a coworker coming with me starting last month, so its gotten a lot better.

I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT! Hah that is so awesome for the end of the year. Can't wait to see the patterns you have in store for us. :)

SO glad you a feeling better. I think tooth pain is right up there with child birth as the worst pain ever.

Just so happy and excited.  I can't wait to show what the actual pattern looks like.  But that is still going to be the teazy bit.  Haha.

There are more than one Teasy McTeasepants in this group! I am so excited about your quilt-along.

One of the things I like best about this group is that there is so much positive and NO negative (at least not yet). Everyone here has there own favorite things and talents, and everyone is encouraged. That is so rare.

I was in a group where I was made to feel "not as good as" because I was a beginning quilter and the others were experienced, some for decades. That can be so discouraging. I considered quitting quilting altogether, but quit the group instead. Problem solved!

Your niece is adorable.

For some reason, I'm now wanting tea and cake. Hmmmm

I can't wait for the quilt along to start, so that I can share my patterns with all of you.

SO glad you are feeling better!!!

Boo about the group. Been there, done that. I hope there is some new balance for you soon with that!

My niece is about that age too. Unfortunately, she's way allergic to cats, so that means she will never be around my house or sewing stuff.

YAY for projects!!! SO MUCH FUN!!!

*giggles madly*
