TTMT 19 - HAPPY 2016!!!! Lots going on!

For some reason I am having a problem with posting my video, so I'll just skip that this week.

I finished my blocks for Vanessa's Doctor Who quilt and hope to get the top put together and finish it this week.  I know, very ambitious, but her birthday is tomorrow and as it is, her gift will be at least a few days late.  After watching Jewel's video, I think I'm going to try the quilt as you go technique and try to "git'er done".

I have taken pictures of most of my UFOs and WIPs and have posted on my blog and Flickr.  If you want to see what I have cookin' for this year, the links are below.  After posting ALL those pictures, I walked into my sewing room and saw a few more that I had forgotten were in there!  ARGHHHH!

Anyway, my goal is to complete as many as I can this year, and not stress out too much about it.  Some of the quilts wll be cut down and made into totes or pillows or something.  Some will be sent to a long-arm quilter.  And some will be quilted by me at home.  They are all sizes - from a small doll-sized quilt to queen-sized.

I wish you all a happy, crafty and stressless week!  Talk to you next Tuesday.

See my quilts on my blog or at Flickr:

You'll have to cut and past these.  Sorry.

Wow that is a lot of quilts. And so beautiful! I am scared to dig out EVERYTHING that is still a ufo. Especially when I am starting new ones already this year, lol.Just take your time and work on what you like. You'll get there. No stress.

That's my idea - work on what I want to and be as stress-free about it as I can. I know I'll get 6 or more done because I'm going to send one to a long-arm quilter every couple of months.

Such lovely work!! I believe in you!! You will do wonderfully this year! I've not taken the plunge on quilting things myself yet. *scared* so I just send out to a quilter and wait. :)

Happy crafting!
