In which I can't show what I'm working on, but show a couple of attempts at a sleeve for my new Asus Flip, and some pictures of our recent snowfall from this past weekend.

I loved both bags you made for the tablet! I also like your new toy too. Yay for half days! Can't wait for I want to believe! On season 7 now I at the ginnie lady and Fox just made his 1st wish. Congrats on getting a week off too. Lots of family bond time.

Thanks! BNoth bags are useful just not exactly what I wanted to make so I will keep on trying. It's tough to get stuff done on half days, but it's nice not being at work all day. Still not sure the new assistant is ready for me to be gone all day, but I'm hoping things won't be too horribly crazy for her.

Merry Christmas to you and your family! Have a great time while off work :)

I'm still learning what I can and can't do with it. Like it has a webc am but I can only get it to take photos nt videos, so there is a bit of a learning curve but I will get it figured out. Albuquerque is almost the same elevation as Denver, we're what's called a "high desert".But we're also further south, so even though we're in between a bunch of mountains we don't get too much snow usually. However, this is an El Nino wether year, and those usually bring snow. January 2007 we wok up to a foot of snow. The city only has one snow plow so we were trapped at home for a few days,

Shirt ♥!

Yay for pattern testing. Eeee!

Woo, ChromeBook! You're totes high tech now. ;) I like the pouch you made for it. It's really bright and happy.

GUITAR. *has flashbacks* I'm really, really excited to hear that you're playing. All the music!!

The snow looks amazing.

I was selected to do my solo at the January concert, but they won't let me use the recorded guitar part Joel made for me. My brother has convinced me I can do it and transposed it into a better key and sent me an easier chord progression. ANd I think I actually can do it! However, my fingertips are KILLING me. Need to get my calluses back! He was pep talking me all last night and offered to give me lessons on skype, lol.

You got the solo! OMGYAY! *throws confetti*

I agree with Jim, you can TOTALLY do this. Seriously excited for you. ❤

Looks like you're having fun with your crafting. I can't wait to see the "secrets" you're hiding! I really like the flip and the case!

I'm really having crafty ADD at the moment. I can't seem to focus on any one thing and keep hopping around, but it is fun to try to make new things!

Love the tablet covers and the tablet. Good luck with the guitar practice, i am very envious as i would love some musical ability but as my daughter likes to point out i have none x

Thanks! Still figuring the little tablet out, as I'm not really too tech savvy. As for the music, I was fortunate enough to be born into a musical family. In fact the main reason I'm playing again is thanks to the encouragement of my brother. He's been prodding me to get back into it. I had been letting it sit in the closet since my daughter was little., with my electric guitar and my violin.
