Worf! !!!!!  Wow.  How cool is that.  I have been ignoring my ufo list, I think I will keep mine hidden until December. Love the signature quilt.

He was quite pleased with himself when I doubled up laughing hysterically! I was SO surprised!

My UFO list hangs by my sewing machine. I really want to get it down a couple of items before 2016 arrives!

The full-size figure reminded me of when we had a full-size Maytag man years ago and I put him in an alcove just inside our front door and he was there for a few weeks and literally every time I came in the door I jumped with fright. You would think I would have gotten used to it but I didn't :)

I'm having a similar experience each time I go upstairs!

Hmm, this seems to be a common thing...I had a Batman (Michael Keaton version) life size poster in my bedroom ages ago, and had to take it down since I kept getting scared out of my mind every time I got up during the night. :)

Well, you have Worf, you could be Deanna Troi, and your hubby could be Riker...

Looks like your UFO list will soon be history and you'll have to start another. Go you!!

We just met for lunch and now have an idea. It's a secret for now. Muwahaha!

MY UFO list will never end because I can't stop with the new projects! ;)

If only I had a transporter I would beam down to help with your UFO list.

Wouldn't that be fantastic?!

A little over a year ago I took inventory of all my unquilted but otherwise completed quilt tops. At the time the count was 27 (OUCH). Since that time I have added a few, but have only actually quilted a couple of them. Now that I'm able to work on them again, I hope to complete at least a couple more before the end of the year for Linus Project and donate a couple of tops to be tied. After Christmas I will take another inventory and make a concerted effort to whittle down the list.

Love the Worf!

I don't remember what year I started making a UFO list, but it does get a little better every year. I tend to neglect projects for me and finish everything else!!

I need to get my list out and see if there is anything I think I might be able to get done on there before the year is up. Not everything, but maybe if I could move everything on the list by one part of the process, that would still be something!

You've made great progress this year, AND worked on two new PoDs and ran a crazy-busy facebook group to boot. I'm in awe of your productivity.

As usual, it's my own projects that get pushed to the side. I'm not complaining, but it would be nice to have a few more finishes! I forgot to mention that I bought batting to finish every top I have when Joann's had their last 50% coupon...
Oct. 28th, 2015 07:22 pm (UTC)
Did you just buy it by the yard in a single GIANT cut? That's a good idea.
Oct. 28th, 2015 07:24 pm (UTC)
It was actually two rolls that are 90" x 6 yards each. I think I said I used a coupon, but batting was actually 50% off. STILL, I have twelve YARDS of batting and most things I have to quilt aren't even 90" long, so there will be plenty

whoa,excellent idea

My UFOs are like tribbles and like to reproduce!

Much better than my UFO list I don't even have one. They are piled somewhere ha ha. Too bad your son didn't get the scare on video now that would have been fun to see LOL.

Most of the Worf scare was me laughing my head off. I am sure it would have been funny!
