A bit late - sorry!

In which I show yet another Modern Block of the Month, a fabric post card from Aalia7 and the 4 postcards I made for my fabric postcard exchange (

fabricpostcard), and a few other bits and pieces.

Oh, the owl came out so nice! Well, they both did, but I love your stuffing additions on the argyle one. Lovely!

Thanks! I definitely like it better with the little bit of stuffing. I think the corduroy is thinner than the velveteen (the argyle is cord material) so it probably needed a little help even more than in the original.

So glad you like the postcard! I got that fabric in a scrap bag and it reminded me of cosmic beginnings. :)

I really really like your block. I think it will look just fine against a heavier black block.

And what cute gifties for grain_damaged's little ones! I love how you used the velveteen. Too cute!

It's really cute fabric, I've never seen anything quite like it before. I can't remember anymore if I talked about it in the video, but I'm pretty impressed with the binding on it too :)
