I'm really glad you're working on Michelle's patterns. It'll be wonderful to finally add her Toy Story stuff to FiS.

I'm SO glad that you enjoyed Ice Cream Bowl! I love the original super crazy block, too. :)

I get my best ideas in the shower or bathtub. There's nothing like relaxing to stimulate the little grey cells.

It's really great that you have time to pack and don't have to be in a rush. Mini bolts are such a fun way to organize! Because of my cat herd, I keep my fabric in my fat quarter dresser or in zipper bags. Yay for seeing the Moda Grunge all nice and organized! It was my pleasure. ♥

Fingers crossed on the new apartment! I love how excited you are about it!

Cats and moths result in all my fabric being in baggies and clear plastic bins. It would be nice to be able to store them on a bookshelf. That will be really lovely and inspiring to have in your sewing room.

Those Toy Story blocks are really great .. even with just that little bit of Jessie's eye you can already see what it's going to be.

That Moda Grunge is so great, isn't it? I think I'd buy a half yard of every colour if I could. Anyway, I'm liking your new storage method. Have you been cutting out your own 'boards' for your bolts? How did you decide what size to use? (A lot of people buy comic book boards, but they're a bit pricey in Canada, so I've never gone for it... I have too much fabric!)

Oh, I also meant to say that Craftsy has another sale on their classes -- all classes for $20 - and if you ever want to try out another quilting class, I'd completely recommend Christina Camelli's classes. 'Free Motion Quilting Essentials' is a great class. (I worked my way through that class last year and want to do a second go through just for practise... everything is kind of sequentially laid out so you sort of figure out one thing before changing it up just a little and trying a bit of a variation. It's a good way to build on your skills a bit at a time.)
