So sorry you've had so much trouble with the spray basting, bobbin winding, etc. On a positive note, the stitching on your Dr. Who quilt is perfection!

I am looking forward to going to Wendi's new store tomorrow with my cousin, who is also a quilter.

Oh, the Doctor Who quilting looks great!

I have also decapitated a bobbin with invisible thread. That stuff should come with a warning!!

I've never used 505, but when I worked in a sewing shop, it was very popular!

Oh no basting problems are a pain aren't they. Glad the invisabke thread is working for you and love the doctor, can't wait to see  the finished doctor quilt. X

I definitely have learned my lesson to stick with the basting spray you like that works. Rather than spraying it again you might try pressing the quilt with steam. It might reactivate the adhesive.

I'm really looking forward to seeing your finished quilt! I am really wishing I was using a good invisible thread with Phebe's Pod. I feel like stitching it with the light grey is ruining the look of my beautiful pp blocks. But I can't start over at this point. I am going to buy the invisible one by superior threads, that is supposed to be less likley to drive quilters insane thatn the cheap ones.

THat matchstick quilting is amazing, great job!
